Online Consultation
Online Homeopathy Treatment & Video Consultation
The same detailed classical consultation as the Mumbai clinic — delivered by secure video, with medicines couriered to your address.
How online treatment works
Classical homeopathy depends on a long, careful conversation rather than a physical examination, which makes it unusually well suited to teleconsultation. Your first online appointment runs for roughly 45 to 60 minutes and covers your complaint in detail, your medical and family history, current medication, sleep, appetite, temperament and the pattern of how your symptoms behave.
- Book a slot and share existing reports, prescriptions and photographs in advance
- Attend the video consultation on WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom
- Receive a written case summary and treatment plan
- Medicines are dispensed and couriered across India, usually within 48 hours
- Follow up every three to six weeks with the same physician
Who online treatment suits
It works well for chronic and recurring conditions where the history matters more than the physical examination — skin disease, allergy and asthma, digestive disorders, hormonal and menstrual complaints, migraine, anxiety and sleep problems, joint pain, thyroid disorders and supportive care during cancer treatment.
It is not appropriate for medical emergencies, acute chest pain, breathlessness, heavy bleeding, high fever in infants, suspected fracture, or any situation that needs immediate physical examination. In those situations go to a hospital first.
Reports, records and privacy
Upload blood work, biopsy reports, imaging, discharge summaries and prescriptions before the consultation. Everything is stored in your clinical record and reviewed before you are seen. Records are never shared with third parties, and photographs of skin or hair conditions are used only for your own case comparison unless you give separate written consent.
Working alongside your existing doctors
Homeopathic treatment here is additive, not a replacement. You are never asked to stop insulin, antihypertensives, thyroid medication, inhalers, chemotherapy or any prescribed treatment. Where dosage change is appropriate over time, that decision belongs to your treating specialist.
