Careers
Careers at Dr. Shadaab Shaikh Homeopathy, Mumbai
We are a small, careful clinical team. If you take case-taking, follow-ups and patient dignity as seriously as we do, we would like to hear from you.
Why work with us
Our practice is built around classical homeopathy — long first consultations, a single individualised remedy, and structured follow-up over months rather than minutes. That means every person on the team, clinical or non-clinical, gets to see how chronic illness actually behaves over time.
Alongside general practice we run a dedicated supportive cancer care service, so associates are exposed to complex, multi-morbidity patients who are simultaneously under oncology, ICU or specialist care. Working respectfully alongside conventional medicine is a non-negotiable part of how we practise.
- Structured mentoring in case-taking, repertorisation and remedy selection
- Exposure to oncology supportive care and palliative symptom management
- Weekly clinical review of live cases with Dr. Shadaab Shaikh
- Clear documentation standards and a fully digital patient record
- Fixed shifts across the Sion and Wadala East clinics
Roles we hire for
We recruit continuously rather than in seasonal batches, and we prefer people who intend to stay for at least two years so they can follow their own cases through to outcome.
- Associate Homeopathic Physician (BHMS / MD Hom) — full-time, Mumbai
- Clinical Assistant — case documentation, vitals, follow-up scheduling
- Front-Desk & Patient Coordinator — appointments, dispensary support
- Medical Content Writer — patient-education articles and condition guides
- Internship / Observership — final-year BHMS and interns, 4 to 12 weeks
What we look for
Clinical honesty first. We do not promise cures, we do not ask patients to stop prescribed conventional treatment, and we do not use fear as a marketing tool. Candidates who are comfortable saying 'I do not know, let me check' do very well here.
Practically, we look for fluency in English, Hindi and preferably Marathi; comfort with digital records and video consultations; punctuality; and genuine patience with elderly, anxious and chronically ill patients.
How to apply
Email your CV with a short note about the kind of practice you want to build to info@drshadaab.in. Mention the role in the subject line. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an in-person conversation at the Sion clinic, followed by a paid observation day so both sides can judge the fit honestly.
